- FastHelp (CRM system) supports ticket escalation function. You can escalate a ticket to agents who is using FastHelp and escalate a ticket by sending Email to other departments that does not use FastHelp too. In case of ticket escalation by Email, all Email exchange between FastHelp and other departments is automatically linked to the original ticket. It helps to see communication history easily.
