FastHelp5 (CRM system) provides alert function to prevent to overlook responding to customer. Can set various alert conditions such as overdue time, keyword in ticket and selected category. Multi-level alert is also supported and it has notification function by Email and messaging (chat) to agent in charge or Supervisor. In ticket management screen, you can change the color of alerted tickets to distinguish alerted tickets easily.
