Password policy function
As a security for system log-in, can set detail security configuration such as "Password expiration date", "Required character types in password" and "Required No. of characters in password.
Operation log function
We provide operation log option that collect FastHelp screen operation log by each users.
By announcing to system users that FastHelp is collecting operation log, it helps information leakage prevention and enables to trace logs in case of problem.
Customer data protection function
Can limit privileges for customer information access by data security configuration.
