FAQ Can FastHelp5 support ticket escalation to other agents?
- FastHelp5 (CRM system) supports ticket escalation function. You can escalate a ticket to agents who is using FastHelp5 and escalate a ticket by sending Email to other departments that does not use FastHelp5 too. In case of ticket escalation by Email, all Email exchange between FastHelp5 and other departments is automatically linked to the original ticket. It helps to see communication history easily.
