- FastHelp5 (CRM system) provides FAQ / Template function. It supports agents to respond to customer smoothly and appropriately by various knowledge search function. FastHelp5 suggests related FAQ / templates automatically by selecting ticket category or product in ticket screen. It supports to reduce ACW (After Call Work), improvement in productivity and homogenization of ticket data. Administrator can review who and when used what FAQ / template to respond to customer. By grasping FAQ / template usage stats correctly, it supports administrator to keep useful FAQ / template updated efficiently.
