FAQ How much can users customize FastHelp by themselves?
- FastHelp5 provides "Self-customization" function to users. You can add / edit input field of customer / ticket screen, change the layout flexibly by yourself without programming. Moreover, you can change the color of FastHelp5 screen, font size, label name of input fields and so on. Supported type of additional input fields are "Select List", "Check Box", "Date and time", "Text Input".
