The billing system for using each FastSeries product on the cloud environment is as follows.

The basic license consisting of voice and email is based on the number of simultaneous login users.
Because you are not charged for each license account, this charging system is suitable for a contact center doing shift work.
On the other hand, other cloud services provided by other vendors are mostly based on the number of registered IDs, it will have a large difference in amount compared to the case of the number of simultaneous login billing system.
You may want to consider which is better depending on the shift work operation and the number of users including related departments.
